(Summary description)In order to promote the development of China's industrial textile standards and testing work, and give play to the technical support role of standards and testing in production and operation, the China Industrial Textile Industry Association, the Industrial Textile Professional Committee of the China Textile Engineering Society and the Guangzhou Fiber Products Testing Institute and The Guangdong Nonwovens Association plans to hold the 2010 Industrial Textile Standards and Testing Seminar in Guangzhou in early June. This seminar was strongly supported by the Consumer Goods Industry Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Science and Technology Department of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine.

It is understood that the content of this seminar includes policy analysis related to the construction of textile testing service platform, the development status of the industrial textile industry and the status quo and trend of standardization work, the construction and planning of the industrial textile testing center, and the domestic and foreign standards and testing of medical and health textiles. Current status and trends, domestic and international standards and testing status and trends of geosynthetics, domestic and foreign standards and testing status and trends of filtering textiles, etc.

　　Through this conference, more industry enterprises will have an in-depth understanding of the relevant policies, status quo, trends and problems in the development of industrial textile standards and testing system construction, and promote the improvement of the overall level of industrial textiles in my country.
